Dr. Maryam Mumtaz

Dr. Maryam Mumtaz is a FCPS-qualified Prosthodontist working as Assistant Professor-Department of Prosthodontics at Institute of Dentistry, CMH Lahore Medical College, from 2023 till date.

She is an alumnus of Institute of Dentistry, CMH Lahore Medical College and completed her FCPS residency from her alma mater as well. She obtained certification in Medical Teaching from King Edward Medical University. In addition to her academic responsibilities, she serves as Incharge of the Geriatrics Clinic and Clinical Coordinator of the Comprehensive Care Dentistry Clinic. She is the Secretary of the Technical Review Committee (L-ORIC, CMH LMC & IOD) and a member of the L-ORIC Core Committee. Furthermore, she serves as Vice President of the Constellations Alumni Association and is a member of the Quality Assurance Team (IOD, CMH LMC), along with other academic and administrative responsibilities.

She is presently contributing internationally as editorial team member for Asian Academy of Prosthodontics and serves as peer reviewer in various national and international journals. An active researcher and educator, she has authored numerous national and international peer-reviewed publications and is involved in clinical teaching, research supervision, organization and facilitation of various academic workshops and sessions.
