On 5th September 2025, CMH Lahore Medical College & Institute of Dentistry organized a solemn and dignified event to mark the auspicious occasion of Eid Milad-un-Nabi ﷺ alongside the commemoration of Defence Day. The program began with arrival and seating, followed by Tilawat and Naat, creating a spiritually uplifting atmosphere. The National Anthem was rendered with reverence, symbolizing unity and devotion to the homeland.
The event featured a variety of segments, including Nabi-e-Rehmat, eloquent Urdu and English speeches delivered by members of the CMH Debating Club, and stirring poetry recitals presented by the CMH Literary Society, and Naats by the Qirat & Naat Society. Each segment served as a heartfelt expression of both religious devotion and national pride.
A notable highlight of the program was its three-way collaboration between the CMH Debating Club, the Qirat & Naat Society, and the CMH Literary Society, a joint effort that reflected the strength of unity, teamwork, and diversity of talent among the student bodies.
The proceedings were graced by an address from Dr. Amna N. Kazi, Staff President CLS, and concluded with Closing Remarks delivered by the Chief Executive & Principal, CMH LMC & IOD, who commended the efforts of all participants and emphasized the importance of remembering both our spiritual and national heritage.
