CMH witnessed one of its finest events of the year, the first-ever on-ground CMH Literary Festival 2023 which was conducted by the CMH Literary Society on 15th June 2023. The festival was inaugurated with an introduction to the society and its achievements followed by the honourable presence of the Staff President, Prof Dr. Amna Nadeem Kazi, who shared her invaluable experience, warmly welcoming all to begin the Festival. It continued to the celebration of the Roll of Honour Ceremony conducted for its high achievers. The ceremony was graced further by the speeches of Presidents Natasha Nadeem and Muhammad Awais Rasheed, who inspired all with their passion and determination, inculcating a sense of purpose and motivation.
The festival continued to embark on the journey of success as it was followed by an event, never witnessed before by the college, the Grand Mushaira”بیاد امجد اسلام امجد”. This event was graced by the amazing assembly of eloquent Poets, including the honourable عباس تابش، تہذیب حافی
In commemoration of the creativity and the power of storytelling, the festival proceeded to the Prize Distribution Ceremony for the Intra and Inter-college writing competitions conducted in various categories for both English and Urdu. Participants included from various universities from all over Pakistan and were judged by our distinguished judges. The Ceremony was concluded by the announcement of the Best Ambassador and Delegation, both of which were presented to GC University Faisalabad.
