Dr. Sidra Shafiq Cheema

Dr. Sidra Shafiq Cheema PROFESSOR (HISDTOPATHOLOGY) / MBBS, FASCP, FCAP, DIPLOMAT AMERICAN BOARD OF ANATOMIC PATHOLOGY

Dr Sidra Shafiq Cheema is a graduate of King Edward Medical University. She completed her pathology residency training from Beth Israel-St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center, a prestigious Columbia Presbyterian university program in New York City, USA. She is a diplomat American Board of Pathology. Dr Cheema has practiced for few years in Texas, Doctors Hospital as an attending pathologist. She has been awarded several honors including but not limited to the leading physicians’ of the world, Fellow of American society of clinical pathologists (FASCP) and Fellow of College of American Pathologists (FCAP). Dr Cheema has recently completed a one year nephropathology fellowship. Her specialty is histopathology with special interest in breast and renal pathology. Her work has been published in several renowned journals. Teaching is her passion and currently she is appointed as an associate professor of pathology at the department of pathology – CMH Lahore Medical College, Lahore, Pakistan.
