Continuing Professional Development Program
SHaPE has developed Continuing Professional Development Program March 2022 for the faculty members, which is not only the requirement of PMC/NUMS, but a positive step in the capacity building of worthy faculty members. There will be two workshop every month on First & Third Wednesday from 09AM to 12PM, in two rounds one each for Basic Sciences and Clinical Sciences for faculty of MBBS & BDS.
For the month of March, Dr. Rizwana Kamran has conducted two workshops on the topic of “MCQs Construction”.
The Objectives of the workshop were:
Construct multiple-choice questions according to required cognitive levels, Identify & rectify flaws in constructions, Conduct intradepartmental pre-exam analysis review
The workshop was very well taken up by the participants and they suggested such workshops should be conducted on regular basis.
