Local Quality Enhancement Cell conducted workshop under the umbrella of our Capacity Building Program for Demonstrators. The workshop was organized in the Faculty Development Room and Assistant Professor SHaPE Dr. Gul Shaikh, Head L-QEC facilitated the workshop titled “Time Management and Power Point Skills” under the series of workshops planned for the year 2023. The healthy participation of a total of 21 faculty members of Medical and Dental fraternity as well as from Institute of Nursing, Schools of Health Professions’ Education and Allied Health Sciences further strengthened the need for such activities in future. NUMS has been notified to award the CME points for three hours workshop from 0900 hours to 1200 hours on Thursday 8th June 2023 as per policy.
Objectives of the workshop were to:
• Identify the main obstacles to effective time management in day to day commitments.
• Creates Slide Presentations that include text, graphics, animations and transitions.
The workshops was interactive with hands-on activities and feedback regarding the workshops was also gathered. The workshop was very well taken up by the participants as discussed during the tea break and that ended with Group Photograph of all the participants with the facilitator.
