Dr. Ayesha Naveed, as part of the series “Capacity Building for Demonstrators,” conducted two insightful workshops on May 23, 2023, Tuesday, and May 24, 2023, respectively, to enhance the capabilities of the demonstrators. The first workshop, titled “Course Designing/Planning,” provided practical guidance and emphasized the importance of creative thinking and innovative approaches in course design while the second workshop, focused on “Designing Effective Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs),” aimed to equip the demonstrators with the necessary skills to identify essential components, recognize item flaws, and avoid common errors during the construction of MCQs. Collectively, these two workshops significantly contributed to providing the junior faculty with valuable insights and practical knowledge to excel in their roles.
