Ms. Kinza is an experienced and enthusiastic Healthcare & Simulation Educator. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology from Dow University of Health Sciences, Karachi. She was awarded with a Best Graduate award and secured 3rd Position in her Bachelors. Later on, to pursue her career in medical education she accomplished her Master of Health Professions Education from The Aga Khan University, Karachi.
She has over 5 years’ experience of teaching and training clinical, procedural and resuscitation skills to healthcare professionals as an Instructor in a simulation lab at Liaquat National Hospital, Karachi. During this period, she also acquired National and International certifications on Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Simulation Based Education. Other than simulation, her special interest lies in faculty development, technology enhanced learning, inter-professional education and multidisciplinary team training. Currently, she is working as a Senior Demonstrator in School of Health Professions Education, CMH Lahore Medical College. She has conducted many faculty development workshops and presented in conferences and symposiums as a speaker. Her future goal is to bring reform in medical education specifically in Allied Health Sciences through quality education, research and innovation.
